Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy

Endure Beyond Media LLC sells and licenses digital books, bundles, and audio editions. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, no physical item is shipped with these purchases.

Purchase-to-library delivery

Once we receive a verified successful payment, your purchase is added to your account and appears in your My Library.

Two separate delivery capabilities

Owning a title gives you access to it in our in-app Reader. A downloadable PDF edition is a separate capability, made available for a specific title only once its file has been individually verified and approved — we do not offer a downloadable PDF for every title. Each book's page states plainly whether a PDF download is currently available for that title and, where relevant, which titles within a bundle are available. We do not advertise a download as available before that verification is complete.

File and reader compatibility

Our in-app Reader works in a standard modern web browser; a downloadable PDF, where available, works with any standard PDF reader. We will disclose any additional compatibility requirement on the relevant product page before purchase.

Missing, incorrect, or unusable files

If a purchase doesn't appear in your library, a download fails, or a delivered file doesn't match its description, contact edm@endurebeyondpod.com with your order details. We'll verify your entitlement and determine the appropriate fix, which may include restoring access, providing the file, or a refund under our Refund Policy.

Physical shipping

Physical shipping applies only to an item expressly sold as a physical product. Where that applies, shipping areas, charges, and timing are disclosed on that specific product's listing.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under applicable consumer law regarding undelivered or defective digital goods.
