Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

Endure Beyond Media LLC ("Endure Beyond," "we," "our," "us") operates a unified website and digital media platform including a podcast, digital books and bundles, audio editions, The Muscle School curriculum, and the Gold membership. These Terms govern your use of that platform. Specific offers, product pages, and our Refund, Subscription and Cancellation, Digital Delivery, and Privacy policies provide additional terms for particular activities and control where they add detail to these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

Some features require an account, which is created and secured through our own account system. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Catalog, pricing, payments, and orders

Prices, included contents, and delivery conditions are disclosed at or before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. An order is confirmed, and paid access activated, only after we receive a verified successful-payment event from our payment processor. One-time book and bundle purchases and recurring memberships (Gold, Gold Pro) are different products governed by their own stated terms — see our Subscription and Cancellation Policy. Publishing revised Terms does not, by itself, create a new charge on your account.

3. Digital delivery, access, and compatibility

Purchased titles and your active entitlements appear in your My Library. In-app reading in our Reader and a downloadable PDF edition are separate delivery capabilities — a purchase includes Reader access; a downloadable file is made available for a given title only once its edition has been verified and approved, and some titles may not yet have a downloadable file available. See our Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy for current detail. Paid content is licensed for the personal, non-commercial use disclosed at the time of purchase; it is not an assignment of copyright. If a file is missing, incorrect, or inaccessible, contact us using the details below.

4. Intellectual property

The podcast, books, curricula, imagery, research, and site software are owned by Endure Beyond Media LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not resell, republish, circumvent access controls on, share purchased files beyond your license, scrape, or misrepresent authorship of our content. Uses permitted by applicable law are not restricted by these Terms.

5. Educational content, The Muscle School, and responsible use

Our content — including podcast episodes, books, and The Muscle School curriculum — is provided for education, commentary, and general information. The Muscle School specifically explains skeletal-muscle biology, training adaptation, nutrition, recovery, and related human-capability topics, including, at times, discussion of emerging and spaceflight-related research. None of this content is a medical diagnosis, an individualized treatment or training prescription, professional advice, an astronaut or mission qualification, an accredited academic credential, or a guarantee of any performance, fitness, or other outcome. Individual results vary. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training, diet, or health-related activities.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services, unlawfully distribute our content, attempt to bypass identity or payment controls, interfere with the security or operation of the platform, or interfere with other customers.

7. Third parties, privacy, and communications

Authentication, payment, digital-file storage, and other functions are supported by service providers including Resend and Stripe. Our Privacy Policy describes how we and these providers handle your information. Marketing emails, such as The Endure Beyond Dispatch, are sent only based on the permission described in that policy.

8. Service changes and availability

We may change features of the Services for operational, security, or editorial reasons. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights tied to a purchase you already made.

9. Warranties, remedies, and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis and may experience interruptions or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Endure Beyond Media LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Refunds, disputes, and termination

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund Policy and Subscription and Cancellation Policy. Canceling a future renewal is a separate request from refunding a completed charge. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, consistent with any rights you have under your specific purchase and applicable law.

11. Governing law

The governing law and exclusive venue applicable to these Terms are under final internal and legal review and are not yet designated in this version. This section will be updated once that review is complete; until then, these Terms do not assert a specific choice of law or venue.

12. Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be identified by a revised "Last updated" date and, where required by law or contract, additional notice. Questions about these Terms can be directed to Endure Beyond Media LLC, 563 West Bay Area Boulevard, Unit 119, Webster, TX 77598, United States — edm@endurebeyondpod.com — +1 (804) 801-2297, or our Support page.
