Refund Policy

This policy addresses refunds and order problems for digital books and bundles purchased directly through Endure Beyond Media LLC. Gold and Gold Pro memberships are addressed in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy. The Muscle School enrollment is a one-time purchase, addressed separately below. Any purchase is also governed by nonwaivable rights you have under applicable consumer law, which this policy does not limit.

Digital books and bundles

Digital titles are delivered through your authenticated account rather than shipped. Please review the product description and included formats before purchase. Opening or downloading a file does not eliminate your rights if that file turns out to be missing, incorrect, defective, or otherwise unusable. Digital-book refund requests are reviewed case by case against the applicable offer and consumer-protection law.

Incorrect delivery, duplicates, and unauthorized charges

Contact us promptly if a purchase doesn't appear in your library, a file is damaged or doesn't match its description, or you believe you were charged twice or without authorization. We investigate using your order and entitlement records and determine the appropriate remedy — which may include re-delivery or a refund — based on the specific offer, our payment processor's rules, and applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email edm@endurebeyondpod.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Please don't send full card numbers or account passwords by email. We'll respond with our decision and next steps; once a refund is approved, posting times depend on your bank or card issuer.

The Muscle School

The Muscle School is currently sold as a one-time enrollment purchase, not a recurring subscription. Muscle School refund requests are reviewed case by case, using the same process described above.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a future renewal of Gold or Gold Pro is a separate action from requesting a refund of a charge already made — see our Subscription and Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and access work.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
