Endure Beyond Media LLC ("Endure Beyond," "we," "our," "us") operates the Endure Beyond website, podcast, digital-book store, The Muscle School curriculum, and Gold membership. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, this may include: account identity and contact information, managed through our own secure account system; purchase, order, and entitlement records; your library, in-app reading, and podcast-listening or -favoriting activity; The Muscle School learner and lesson-progress information; support messages you send us; your email address if you subscribe to The Endure Beyond Dispatch newsletter; and search queries you enter in the app. We do not knowingly collect health or medical information, and any discussion of personal health topics in support messages is used only to assist you.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create and secure your account, process and fulfill purchases, maintain your library and entitlements, operate The Muscle School curriculum and Gold membership, respond to support requests, send the operational messages necessary to run the Services, and — only where you've opted in — send The Endure Beyond Dispatch. We do not treat a purchase as consent to unrelated marketing.

3. Cookies and similar technology

We currently use only the cookies and local-storage data required for core functionality: keeping you signed in and operating checkout (via Stripe) and your shopping cart. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not currently have an automated system that recognizes browser-level opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. If that changes, we will update this policy and our Your Privacy Choices page accordingly.

4. Service providers

We rely on service providers to operate the platform, including Resend for account and transactional email, Stripe for payment processing, and a managed file-storage provider for secure digital-book delivery. These providers process information only as needed to perform their function for us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.

5. The Endure Beyond Dispatch newsletter

Submitting your email address to subscribe to The Endure Beyond Dispatch is treated as your permission to receive it. Each marketing email we send will identify Endure Beyond Media LLC as the sender and include a way to unsubscribe; until an automated unsubscribe link is active for a given message, you can stop receiving the newsletter at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email below; we may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons even after a deletion request.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including applicable legal and tax requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can address it.

9. International users and changes to this policy

Information may be processed in the locations where our service providers operate. We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above.
